Widgets make Sentrifugo easier to use and helps users to navigate through the application smoothly. They enable you to keep important or frequently accessed options on your dashboard, so you needn’t go through various selections to get to a feature.
For example, a manager can set the features ‘Openings/Positions’ and ‘Scheduled Interviews’ as his widgets. So, as soon as he logs in, he will be able to see the interviews scheduled for the day and the number of opening/positions in his department.
There are 3 ways to add widgets:To add a widget, you will need to click on any one of the module names on the top menu item. It will generate a menu on the extreme left side. Click on the option according to your preference and then, drag and drop it in the rectangular space.
Note: You cannot drag & drop menu items which further branch out into more options.
In the below screenshot, we have chosen the options from a manager’s point of view. You can configure up to 10 widgets for the dashboard.
After you save the widget settings, this is how your dashboard will look like:Shortcuts in Sentrifugo can be configured in the same way as widgets. Shortcuts will appear on the extreme left side of the dashboard.
